ClosingPath is a platform that connects listing agents who need open house coverage with hosting agents who can provide that coverage. We facilitate the coordination of open house coverage but do not employ, supervise, or control the hosting agents.

User Responsibilities

As a user of ClosingPath, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information in your account
Maintain a valid real estate license (where applicable)
Comply with all applicable real estate laws and regulations
Follow your brokerage's policies regarding open house coverage
Communicate professionally with other users
Honor coverage commitments once confirmed

Listing Agent Responsibilities

Listing agents using ClosingPath remain the seller's representative and are responsible for:

Providing accurate property and open house information
Ensuring hosting arrangements comply with their listing agreement
Reviewing and approving hosting agent assignments
Providing necessary property access and materials to hosting agents

Hosting Agent Responsibilities

Hosting agents using ClosingPath agree to:

Arrive on time and conduct the open house professionally
Make required agency disclosures to all attendees
Collect and report attendee information to the listing agent
Not represent themselves as the listing agent or seller's representative
Cancel coverage with reasonable notice if unable to attend

Fees and Payment

Listing agents may use ClosingPath free of charge. Hosting agents pay a monthly subscription fee for access to coverage opportunities. Teams and brokerages may have custom pricing arrangements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Limitation of Liability

ClosingPath is a coordination platform and is not liable for the actions of listing agents or hosting agents. We do not guarantee the availability of coverage, the quality of service provided by hosting agents, or the accuracy of property information. Users are responsible for their own professional conduct and compliance with applicable laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that harms other users or the platform. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of ClosingPath after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
